We offer self-publishing services, including but not limited to:
Book publishing on platforms such as Amazon, Barnes and Noble, and others.
Editing and proofreading services.
Book formatting services.
ISBN acquisition and distribution assistance.
Illustrations and Cover Art
The specifics of the services will be outlined in the individual agreements with each client.
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for the Services.
You must ensure that you have the rights and permissions for the content you provide for publishing.
You agree to follow our guidelines and deadlines for each service.
5. Pricing Payment and Refund Policy
Pricing for our Services will be provided on an individual basis and outlined in the contract between us and the client.
Payment terms, including any deposits or installment payments, will also be specified in the contract.
Refund in case of change of heart will not be entertained by the Service providers
Refund requests by clients will be evaluated within 5 business days of the request being submitted , A refund would be issued within 30 days if approved to the client
If services have been rendered by the service provider before the client wishes to process a refund request , deductions will be made accordingly and the service providers will maintain complete transparency about why the deductions are being made along with a breakdown of expenses
6. Intellectual Property
You retain the rights to your content, and we do not claim ownership of your work.
We may use your content for the sole purpose of providing the Services, such as formatting and publishing.
7. Editing and Formatting
While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee that errors or issues will not occur.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving the final product before publication.
8. Distribution and Sales
We will assist in distributing your book to various platforms, but we do not guarantee sales or success.
Royalties and earnings from sales will be managed according to the terms of the specific distribution platforms. (each platform has a different royalty distribution model which the service provider holds no influence over )
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement for cause if the other party breaches these terms.
Termination terms and refund policies will be outlined in the client agreement.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the Services.
11. Confidentiality
We will keep client information confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without permission.
12. Governing Law
